Patients receive emails on two occasions

  1. Within 10 minutes of making the appointment
  2. The night before, the day before the same email is sent as a reminder

Note: There is no reminder (second email) if the appointment is created the day before the appointment itself.

Also: The clinic owner can globally turn off all emails sent from within their General Settings.
