Printing a receipt

POCA Point is NOT an accounting solution. It does allow you to track payment information for appointments.

Once you've entered payment information into the appointment details window you can print a receipt for that appointment by clicking the "Print a Receipt" button.

All payment information and notes must be 'saved' before they will show up in the receipt. This would close the appointment details window. To re-open that window click the yellow pencil.

All payment information shows up in the receipt.

Your logo shows up if you choose so in General Settings.

You can add text to all receipts in General Settings: Receipt Header Text.

This is the receipt you can print and very similar to the one receipt patients can print from the patient's site. This receipt shows an 'other' purchase of tea. Patients will not see either "Email to…" buttons.
