Active or Inactive Patients

If you every have a patient that needs to be restricted from making their own appointments you can make them inactive. This will make it so an admin can no longer search for them from the appointment dropdown list or allowed to login to the patient site.

Patients are Active by default.

To make a patient InActive you go to their profile page, un-check the "Active" checkbox and click "Update" at the bottom of the page.

The reverse is true to re-activate an inactive patient.

If a patient is telling you they are unable to login or you can't find them in your search make sure they are Active.
