The Basics

Global Setting

  • Check the basic settings for accuracy etc.
  • Choose Colors
  • Send your logo to artdude@pocapoint.com
  • Click the "New Patient Message" and edit the message. This is the message sent to all new patients when they create an account online.

Edit your Location(s) The address you used during signup might not be the one where customers visit

Edit Practitioners You can create practitioners and edit the default

Create and import your Patients There is a CSV importer for patients

Create blocks of available time in Appointments

  • Create Blocks of time for every day you know you will be available.
  • A good rule of thumb is to create blocks at least a month in advance
  • Enter any known appointments for those days
  • Go to Global Settings and activate your site
