Duplicate Emails

Duplicate emails are not allowed in POCA Point because the email address is their username. Sometimes a duplicate email slips in and there is a warning on the patient profile page to correct the redundancy.

When a patient attempts to create an account with a duplicate email address the system will not allow it but does ask if they want their password sent to their email address.

When importing new patients a duplicate email address is turned into a default X.com email address and they are opted out of receiving any reminders.
