Other than spam filters and the general unreliability of E-mail the following are ways to NOT receive a reminder email

  • The General Setting No Reminder Emails is checked (By default this is NOT checked)
  • The patient has opted out of reminder emails
  • The appointment was made the day before so the patient will only receive the immediate reminder, not one the morning before
  • The appointment was made the day before by an admin and the "Don't Send Email Reminder" box was checked.
